Cheese soup with porcini mushrooms

Ingredients

- 50 g dried white mushrooms
- 700 g potatoes
- 400 g cheese (I use melted Hochland)
- 150 g carrots
- leek (or 150 g onions)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
The mushrooms add the hot water and leave for 30 minutes.
They are then cut into small pieces.
Fill a pot with water (about 3 liters), bring to the boil, add the mushrooms, season with salt.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Leek cut into rings (onions finely chopped).
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Potato peel, cut into cubes or wedges.
The mushrooms add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the onion.
Then add the carrots.
At the end of cooking add the cheese, if necessary, salt and pepper.
Stir, remove from heat.
