Soup with beans

Delicious, fragrant, nourishing soup.

Ingredients

- 500 g of meat (beef or pork)
- 200 g beans
- 200 g of sauerkraut or cabbage
- 800 g potatoes
- 150 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- 3-4 tbsp. ketchup or tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Soak beans in cold water for 3-4 hours.
Meat cut into small pieces.
Pour water, add salt, put on fire, and boil for 1 hour.
Then add the beans and cook until almost cooked (about 30-40 minutes).
Potato peel, cut into cubes or wedges.
After the beans will be almost ready, add the potatoes.
Then add cabbage, cook for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add carrots, a bit of fry.
Then add the tomato paste, continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the fried onions and carrots.
If necessary, add salt.
Cook until the potatoes are ready.
