Tomato soup with hunting sausages and beans

Ingredients

- 700 g potatoes
- 300 g of hunting sausages
- 400 grams of beans (canned)
- 400 g tomatoes in juice
- leeks or onions 150 g
- 5-6 sprigs of thyme (optional)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings (onion finely chopped).
Sausage cut into slices.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.
With tomato peel, chop.
In a saucepan pour 3-3.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, add the potatoes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add sausages.
Add beans.
Add the tomatoes.
Add the onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Boil potatoes until tender.
