Soup with pumpkin "colours of autumn"

This soup is not only delicious, but also useful.

Ingredients

- 500 g beef fillet
- 500 g pumpkin (peeled)
- 600 g potatoes
- 200 grams of celery
- 150 g carrots
- leek or 150 g onions
- thyme (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Leek cut into half rings (onions finely chopped).
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Meat cut into small pieces.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add the carrots and fry.
Add the meat, cover with the lid.
Simmer for 35-40 minutes (if necessary, add a little water).
Pumpkin cut into small pieces.
Celery finely chopped.
Potatoes cut into cubes.
To the meat add the potatoes.
Then add the pumpkin.
Add the celery.
Pour 2-2.5 liters of water, salt and pepper.
Cook until the potatoes are ready (about 15 minutes).
5 minutes until cooked add 5-6 sprigs of thyme (or any herbs, to taste).
