Pasta with pumpkin and turkey fillet

Pumpkin gives the dish flavor and juiciness. It is advisable to use unsweetened pumpkin.

Ingredients

- 500g turkey breast (or chicken)
- 300g pumpkin (peeled)
- 150 g pasta
- 50 g of cheese
- leek (or 150 grams of onions)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Leek cut into rings (onion finely chopped).
Fillets cut into small pieces.
Pumpkin cut into cubes.
Cheese grate.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add fillets and fry for about 15 minutes.
Add the pumpkin, salt and pepper.
Cover and roast for about 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta until tender (as indicated on the package).
Ready to add to the pasta cooked with pumpkin and mix.
When serving sprinkle with cheese.
