Pasta with salmon and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 250 g pasta
- 500 g fresh salmon (or trout)
- 350 g tomatoes
- leek (or 150 grams of onions)
- herbs to taste (I have basil)
- juice of half a lime (or lemon)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings (Mince onions).
Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes.
Salmon cut into cubes.
Chop the greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add tomatoes and fry for about 8-10 minutes.
Add salmon, fry for 7-8 minutes.
Add lime juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Boil the pasta until cooked as it is written on the packaging.
Stir salmon and pasta.
