Tomato soup with pasta

Gentle, hearty soup.
It is advisable to use a medium-sized pasta.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 4-6 servings.

Ingredients

- 850 g tomatoes in juice
- 100 g pasta
- 150 g onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of carrots
- herbs to taste (ideally - basil)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Garlic, finely chopped
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Cut greens.
With tomato peel.
In a saucepan, vegetable oil lightly fry the onion and garlic.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add the tomatoes (with juice) and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add greens, a little salt and pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
If the soup is too thick turned, you can add a little boiling water (I added 100 ml).
Soup beat blender or rub through a sieve.
Separately, boil the pasta until tender (as indicated on the package).
Drain the water.
Pour the soup into a saucepan, add the pasta, stir and serve.
