Ingredients

- 700 g lamb or beef
- 700 g potatoes
- 350 g pepper
- 300 g tomatoes
- 250 g of carrots
- 250 g onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Mince the onion.
The meat cut into small cubes.
Dice tomatoes.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.

In a pan with vegetable oil fry the onion.
