Stuffed pumpkin

Ingredients

- pumpkin (weighing about 2 kg, the pulp will need 300 g)
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 150 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- 2 tsp. dried herbs (I used oregano)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
The pumpkin, cut the top.
Remove the seeds.
Using a spoon or knife, carefully cut the flesh.
Cut the flesh into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Fillets finely chopped.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add the carrots and fry.
Add the fillets and fry for about 10 minutes.
Add the pulp.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add herbs.
Stir fry for about 10 minutes.
The stuffing cool down, put in the pumpkin.
Pumpkin place in a baking dish.
Cover with a lid.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
