Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients

- 300 g zucchini (or squash)
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato
- leeks or onions 150 g
- 50 g of cheese
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Zucchini cut into two parts.
With the help of a teaspoon to remove the pulp.
The flesh cut into cubes.
Mince the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Cherry cut into slices (normal tomato cut into cubes).
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add zucchini pulp, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Cheese grate.
Zucchini halves stuff with mushroom stuffing.
Put the tomatoes.
Sprinkle zucchini cheese.
Zucchini put in a baking dish, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 35-40 minutes.
