Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients

- 800 g zucchini (or zucchini)
- 2 eggs
- 10 tablespoons flour (with slide)
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Chop the greens.
Zucchini grate.
If large zucchini, they should be clean and remove the seeds.
If they are very juicy, juice must be drained.
Add eggs and mix.
Add greens.
Add flour, salt and pepper, mix well.
The weight should not be dense and liquid.
Oil warm.
Put pancakes, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Turn over and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
