Cake with zucchini

This cake - a good alternative to bread.

Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sour cream (10-20%)
- 300 g zucchini or zucchini
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 250-300 g flour
- salt
Preparation
Zucchini grate on medium grater (if the skin is tough, it must be clean).
Add egg and mix.
Add the sour cream, salt and mix well.
Add baking powder and flour, mix well. Flour may need a little less or more, depending on the richness of zucchini.
The dough should be thick than pancakes.
Form (I have a diameter of 20 cm) grease, put the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
