If You are unable to buy Lumaconi, you can do the following.
Boil until soft, about 200 g of any pasta.
Mix with the prepared stuffing.
Put in baking pan, pour the cream, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until Golden brown.

Ingredients

- 200 g of large shells, Lumaconi (this pasta)
- 300 g minced (to taste)
- 200 g zucchini (or eggplant)
- 200 g tomatoes
- leek (or 150 g onions)
- 500 ml cream (10-30%)
- 50 g of cheese
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Leek cut into half rings (onion mince).
Zucchini cut into small cubes.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Chop the greens finely.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the beef, a bit of fry.
Add zucchini, cook for about 20 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add greens, stir, remove from heat.
Cool.
Shells filled with minced meat.
Put in a baking dish (20-30 cm).
