Cannelloni stuffed with meat

Ingredients

- 200-250 g cannelloni
- 500 g minced meat (any taste)
- 500 g tomatoes
- 200 g onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of cheese (hard)
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Sauce "Bechamel":
- 50 g butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 liter of milk
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Garlic is finely chopped.
With tomatoes, remove the skin, cut into small cubes.
Onions and garlic fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add the minced meat, fry well.
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, fry for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce "Bechamel".
Melt the butter.
Add the flour, a bit of fry.
Then pour in the milk, salt and pepper, cook until thick (the consistency of the sauce should resemble thin sour cream.
Grate the cheese on medium grater.
Cannelloni fill minced meat.
Much to stuff the stuffing tube is not necessary, otherwise they may break.

In a baking dish put half of the bchamel sauce.
Put the cannelloni.
Put the remaining sauce.
Put in the oven.
