Cannelloni stuffed with feta and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 150 g cannelloni
- 500 g feta cheese or
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 150 g of cheese
- herbs to taste (I have basil)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Tomatoes from the skin clean (to skin easier to clean, you can omit the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds).
200 g tomatoes cut into cubes.
Feta mash with a fork.
Add the tomatoes, stir.
Preparing the sauce.
The remaining tomatoes put in a blender.
Grind.
Chop the greens.
Add to the tomatoes, stir.
A little salt and pepper.
Cannelloni to stuff tomatoes with feta cheese.
Put in a baking dish.
Put the sauce, smooth.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 20 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
After 20 minutes, cannelloni sprinkle cheese and bake an additional 20 minutes.
