Tarts with cheese and tomatoes
A simple but effective way of presenting cheese salad.

Ingredients
- 150 g of cheese
- 2 eggs
- the tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- tartlets
- salt
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Cheese to grate.
Eggs to grate.
Mix cheese and eggs.
Add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic, a little salt.
Add the mayonnaise and mix.
Tomatoes cut into slices (regular tomatoes cut into small pieces).
In tartlets put the cheese mass.
To put on top of the tomatoes.
Decorate with greens.
