Stuffed tomatoes

Very hearty, tasty tomatoes.
I used minced beef+pork, but you can use chicken meat or Turkey meat.
Instead of mushrooms, you can use eggplant.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-7 servings.

Ingredients

- 6-7 medium tomatoes
- 300 g minced meat
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 100 g cheese
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
For decoration:
- green peas
- greens
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms, fry.
Add ground beef, salt and pepper, cook until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Cheese to grate.
Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top.
Using a teaspoon to remove the pulp.
Tomatoes to fill the stuffing.
Sprinkle cheese.
Garnish with green peas and greens.
