Stuffed leeks

Leeks can be bought at any time, in any supermarket.
It can be used in almost all recipes, instead of onions.
The taste of the leeks are tender, it is not as bitter as regular onions.
I suggest to try stuffed leeks.
The number of ingredients is obtained 4-5 servings.

Ingredients

- 3 stalks leeks
- 300 g minced meat (any taste)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 100 g cheese
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Leeks cut into pieces with a length of about 5 cm
Remove the middle.
The part that was removed, finely chopped.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Finely chop the herbs.
Cheese to grate.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add ground beef, cook for about 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Add greens, stir, remove from heat.
Cool.
Stuff the onion.
Put in a baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
