Tortillas stuffed with

Offer snacks that you can take with you on the road to nature or to the country.
Serve it can be as warm and cold.
As a filling, you can use any salad.
Bread sold in supermarkets.
But if you are unable to buy them, then try to make them yourself:
Homemade tortillas
The number of ingredients is obtained 4-5 pieces.
Ingredients

- 200 g chicken breast
- 150 g sweet pepper
- 150 g tomatoes
- 100 g cucumbers
- 100 grams of green salad (I Romano, Lollo Rosso, Frieze)

sauce:
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- herbs to taste
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Prepare the sauce.
Onions and garlic are finely chopped.
Tomatoes peel and finely chop.
Finely chop the herbs.
Vegetable oil to fry the onion and garlic.
Add the tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Add greens, stir, remove from heat.
Fillets finely chopped.
Pan greased with oil, put the fillets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Tomatoes cut into small pieces (seeds would recommend to delete, otherwise the filling can be watery).
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Leeks cut into rings.
Mix fillet, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, leeks.
Add tomato sauce, stir.
If necessary, add salt.
On the cake to put the stuffing.
Wrap one edge of the pellet.

Fry in a dry pan on both sides.
I fry pan-grill, but you can fry on a conventional pan.
