Salad with avocado, chicken, tomatoes and peppers

Ingredients

- 2 avocados (weighing about 500 g)
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 250 g tomatoes
- 200 g sweet pepper
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Fillet boil until cooked (boil for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Fillet cool, finely chop.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Finely chop the herbs.
Avocado peel, remove the seeds.
The flesh into cubes.
Mix the avocado and lemon juice.
Add fillets, tomatoes, peppers, herbs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise.
