Ingredients

- 2 avocados (about 350 g)
- 200 g tomatoes
- 100 g onions
- 3 tbsp lime juice (or lemon)
- half of the chili pepper (optional)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt
Preparation
Onions and garlic are finely chopped.
Chile remove seeds and finely chop.
Tomatoes peel and finely chop.
Avocado peel, remove the seeds.
Mash the avocado pulp, add lime juice, stir.
Add the tomatoes, stir.
Add the onion and garlic, stir.
Add chili, stir.
Optionally, the sauce can be crushed in a blender.
