Vegetable salad with corn chips and chicken meatballs

Vegetables may be any, according to taste.

Ingredients

- 250g chicken fillet
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 g radish
- 100 g of pepper
- 50 g of green salad (I used corn)
- tortilla chips
- 18-20 tsp guacamole sauce
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Boneless chicken mince.
Salt and pepper, mix well.
Minced form small meatballs.
Fry them in vegetable oil with one side (fry for about 5-7 minutes).
Flip fry on the other hand (about 5-7 minutes).
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Peppers remove seeds and finely chop.
Radishes cut into thin slices.
Mix green salad, tomatoes, peppers, radishes.
Add a little vegetable oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir.
Put on chips guacamole (about 1 teaspoon).
On guacamole put chicken meatballs.
