Pork marinated in soy sauce and lemon juice

The meat turns out very tender and flavorful.

Ingredients

- 500 g pork (fillet or t-bone)
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 1 teaspoon ground dried ginger (or 1 tsp. grated fresh)
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
With lemon to remove the zest (with a special knife, or grate).
From lemon to squeeze the juice (you should get about 50 ml).
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, zest, ketchup, ginger, pepper (salt is not necessary, soy sauce is quite salty), mix well.
In sauce to put meat, sliced thick 1-1.5 cm
Cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
The meat is then fry on both sides (to fry for 5-7 minutes on each side).
Add some sauce, which was pickled meat, simmer, covered until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
To verify that the prepared meat or not to puncture it with a knife, if you select a light liquid, the meat is ready.
