Beef, baked in the sleeve, with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

- 1 kg of beef
- 50 ml of vegetable oil
- 3 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. dried herbs (oregano, marjoram, Basil, and so on)
- juice of half a lemon
- 5 corns of allspice

- 300 g mushrooms (I used frozen)
- 20 g dried porcini mushrooms
- 500 ml cream 10-15%
- 150 g onions
- 2 tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Prepare the marinade for the beef.
