Spaghetti with mushroom sauce

This sauce is perfect not only for spaghetti and meatballs, meat, mashed potatoes, rice, etc.

Ingredients

- 200 grams of pasta (pasta or any)
Sauce:
- 150 g onion
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 250 ml of 10-15% cream
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Mushrooms cut into small cubes.
Chop the greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, fry up until all the liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes).
Add the cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
Boil spaghetti as it is written on the packaging.
Put on a plate of spaghetti, spaghetti sauce lay.
Sprinkle with herbs.
