Spaghetti with mushrooms and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 250 g of spaghetti (or any pasta)
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Dice tomatoes.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 15 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Boil spaghetti as directed on the package.
Add the spaghetti to the mushrooms and tomatoes, stir.
