Salad with oyster mushrooms, carpaccio and cherry

Delicious, fragrant, unusual salad.
Instead carpaccio, you can use any deli meats - ham, salmon, pastrami, etc.
I bought carpaccio, but it is possible to prepare yourself:

Ingredients

- 300 g of oyster mushrooms (or mushrooms)
- 150 g carpaccio
- 3 eggs
- 20 tomatoes (or 2-3 regular tomatoes)
- salad radichio (or any, to taste)
- 150 g onions
- vegetable oil
filling:
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard (I used beans, but the pasta too)
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the mushrooms, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Carpaccio cut as thin as possible.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Eggs finely chopped.
Finely chop the herbs.
Mix the mayonnaise and mustard.
Add greens, stir.
Salad to break it.
Add the tomatoes, carpaccio, mushrooms, eggs.
A little salt and pepper.
When serving salad to put on a plate, top to put the dressing.
