Salad with asparagus, broccoli and carpaccio

Easy, healthy salad.
Asparagus can be used instead of green beans.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 250 g asparagus (white or green)
- 200 g carpaccio
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 g of broccoli
- 150 g of green salad
filling:
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp 6% vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Do asparagus break off a solid portion of the stem and discard.
Asparagus cut into small pieces.
Broccoli into florets to disassemble.
Water bring to a boil, add the asparagus and cook for about 7-10 minutes.
Broccoli dipped in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.
If broccoli florets are large, cut them.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Carpaccio slice as thin as possible.
Prepare filling.
Mix the oil and vinegar.
Add squeezed through garlic chesnokodavku.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in asparagus, carpaccio, tomatoes, broccoli and lettuce.
Add dressing and mix.
