Pie with ricotta, broccoli and cheese
Delicious, hearty, tender cake.
Instead of ricotta cheese, you can use the cheese, it must be through a sieve.
Instead of broccoli, you can use cauliflower.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients
dough:
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- 200-250 g flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
filling:
- 300 g broccoli
- 250 g ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 250 g of cheese (I used Mozzarella)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Prepare the dough.
Mix the egg and softened butter.
Add salt, baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Put the dough in a greased (with a diameter of about 24-26 cm), smooth, to make the bumpers.
For the dough put the baking paper.
Pour beans or peas (this is done to ensure that the dough is not swollen and better cooked, after baking beans or peas we will not need).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the filling.
Broccoli finely chopped.
Grate the cheese on medium grater.
Eggs slightly beaten, salt and pepper.
Add the ricotta and mix.
Add broccoli, stir.
Add cheese, stir.
Place the filling on the cake.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 25-30 minutes.
