Cauliflower and broccoli, baked in cream sauce

Ingredients

- 400 g of broccoli
- 400 g of cauliflower
- 500 ml of 10-15% cream
- 150 g of cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cauliflower into florets to disassemble.
Cauliflower and broccoli in salt water to boil for 10 minutes.
Then drain.
Put in a baking dish.
Cheese grate.
Melt butter, add flour and lightly fried.
Add the cream, bring to a boil.
Add cheese, heat until the cheese is fully melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage.
Put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
