Peppers stuffed with beef and broccoli

Ingredients

- 3 bell peppers
- 300 Beef
- 200 g of broccoli
- 150 g onion
- 100 g of cheese
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Unfreeze broccoli, cut into small pieces.
Meat mince.
Mix with onion and broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cheese grate.
Pepper cut lengthwise, remove the seeds.
Stuff the pepper beef with onions and broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
