Beef fried with pineapple and bell pepper

Ingredients

- 500 g beef fillet
- 1 pineapple (weighing about 1 kg)
- 200 g sweet pepper
- 150 g onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Meat cut into small pieces.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
From pineapple to cut off the skin, cut it into two parts.
Remove and discard the hard middle.

In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
