Chicken stewed with pineapple

Ingredients

- 1 chicken (weighing about 1.5 kg)
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 500g canned pineapple
- salt
Preparation
Chicken cut into small pieces
Pineapple cut into cubes.
Chicken fry until golden brown.
Add soy sauce.
Add pineapple and juice from the pineapple.
A little salt.
Simmer until tender (about 35-40 minutes).
