Sauerkraut, stewed with chicken

Ingredients

- 500g chicken fillet
- 700 grams of sauerkraut
- 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 200 g onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Fillets cut into small pieces.
In a saucepan, fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add fillets, well-fry for 10-15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir.
Then pour boiling water so that the water covered the fillets.
Add cabbage (if it is strongly acidic, rinse it in cold water) and pepper, if desired, season with salt.
Simmer until tender (about 30-40 minutes).
