Chicken fillet in tomato sauce with basil

Ingredients

- 500g chicken fillet
- 500 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- basil (or any herbs to taste)
- olives (to taste)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Put fillets in foil, salt and pepper, add 1 tsp vegetable oil.
Foil wrap.
Put in a baking dish, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 40 minutes.
Mince the onion.
With tomato peel, dice the flesh.
Chop the greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add greens and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Fillet cut, put on a plate, pour the sauce.
If desired, garnish with olives.
