Chicken fillet with orange sauce

Ingredients

- 500g chicken fillet
- 300 g of oranges
- 150 g of citric
- 200 g onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 125 g of orange or peach yogurt
- red pepper
- salt
- vegetable fat
Preparation
With one orange peel to remove.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemon.
