Marinated lamb chops, grilled

Awesome ribs! Juicy, tender and very tasty!
Instead of sheep, you can use pork ribs. Instead Narsharab sauce (I used the purchase) - ketchup or tomato paste. Instead you can use fresh thyme dried.
On a side dish can be prepared mashed potatoes or rice.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 4-5 servings.

Ingredients

- 500 g mutton ribs
- vegetable fat
marinade:
- 3 tbsp sauce Narsharab
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme
- 3 cloves of garlic
- juice of half a lemon
- 5-7 peas black pepper
- salt
Preparation
Cut ribs.
Prepare the marinade.
Grind pepper and salt.
Add the garlic, rub.
Thyme sprigs waive, add pepper and garlic.
Add the lemon juice.
Add Narsharab.
Stir.
The resulting mass rub ribs.
Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Slightly oiled pan.
Put ribs.
Fry for about 15 minutes on one side.
Turn over and fry for about 15 minutes.
Ready ribs sauce can be poured Narsharab.
