Ingredients

- 1.5 kg lamb (preferably, ham)
- 10 pieces of pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp. marjoram
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
Preparation
Pepper peas grind in a mortar.
