Lamb stewed with buckwheat

Ingredients

- 500 g lamb (or beef, pork)
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 200 g onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add meat and simmer for 35-40 minutes under the lid.
Add buckwheat.
Add 2 cups of water, salt and pepper.
Simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).
Add squeezed through chesnokodavku garlic, stir.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
