Lamb stewed with tomatoes

Ingredients

- 500 g lamb (or pork, beef)
- 300 g tomatoes in juice (or fresh)
- 150 g onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- herbs to taste (I marjoram)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Onions and garlic finely crumble.
Tomatoes peeled, crushed in a blender (or mash with a fork).
In vegetable oil fry the onion and garlic.
Add the meat, salt and pepper and fry on both sides (5-7 minutes on each side).
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 40-50 minutes under the lid.
Chop the greens.
For 5 minutes until cooked add the greens.
