Lamb stewed with prunes and cinnamon

Ingredients

- 1 kg lamb (or beef)
- 150 grams of prunes
- 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- pepper 5 pcs.
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Onions cut into strips.
Prunes cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add meat (cut into thick slices 1-1.5 cm), simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Turn over, cover, simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Add prunes and cinnamon.
Add 100 mL of water.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
Then flip the meat, salt, pepper and simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
