Pork stew with prunes and apples

Ingredients

- 500 g pork (pulp)
- 150 g of prunes
- 350 g of apples
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Pork cut into cubes.
Prunes soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.
Then drain the water, prunes cut into strips.
Apples cut into plastics.
Pork fried in vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Add the prunes and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the apples and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Garnish submit rice or mashed potatoes.
