Pork in tomato-peanut sauce

Ingredients

- 700-800 g pork fillet
- 500 g tomatoes
- 50 g walnuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Grind nuts in a blender or finely potoloch.
With tomato peel, chop the pulp in a blender or grate.
Stir in nuts and tomatoes, a little salt.
Add squeezed through garlic chesnokodavku.
Pork cut into strips.
Fry the pork with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Add tomato and walnut sauce, simmer until tender (about 30 minutes).
If the sauce turned out much thick, it can be diluted with boiling water.
