Pork marinated in soy sauce and green onions

Ingredients

- 500 g pork
- 200 ml soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 0.5 tsp. red pepper
- chives (or parsley)
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mix soy sauce (if the sauce is very salty, you can dilute it with water), sesame seeds, ginger, pepper.
Add the onion, stir.
In the resulting marinade to put the meat, cut into thick slices about 1 cm
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Put the meat in a baking dish (drain the marinade and onions and sesame seeds to put on the meat).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
