Ingredients

- 2 kg of pork
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 300 g onion
- 5-7 sprigs of rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Tomatoes cut into small cubes.
The meat cut into small pieces.
Stir the meat and onions.
Add the tomatoes, mix thoroughly.
Tomatoes and onions should be well mashed.
Leaves of rosemary sprigs exempt from, add to the meat.
Mix well.
Marinate in a cool place for 6-8 hours.
Before cooking salt and pepper.
