Pork "Christmas scent"

Ingredients

- 700 g pork (tenderloin) or chicken
- 500 g of tangerines
- 3-5 sprigs of rosemary (or 3 tsp dried rosemary)
- 3 cloves bud
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
The meat cut into small pieces.
With tangerine peel, cut into slices.
Vegetable oil to fry the pork for 10-15 minutes (under the cover).
If necessary, add a little water.
Add mandarins, gently stir fry for about 10-15 minutes (under the cover).
Add rosemary, cloves, salt and pepper.
