- 700 g pork (fillet)
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- mustard (sauce or beans)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Garlic cloves cut into 2-4 pieces.
In pork to make incisions, insert them in the garlic.
RUB pork with salt and pepper.
Smear mustard.
Put the pork in foil wrap.
Put in a baking dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
