Pork fried with mustard and eggs

Ingredients

- 500 g pork (loin)
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tablespoons mustard (sauce or beans)
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Pork cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Egg whisk.
Add mustard, a little salt, mix well.
Roll the pieces in the egg-mustard mixture.
Then pork roll in breadcrumbs.
In vegetable oil fry for about 7-10 minutes.
Flip, fry for 7-10 minutes.
