Lamb baked in honey-mustard sauce

Ingredients

- 500 g lamb (or beef, pork)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Mix the mustard and honey.
A little salt and pepper.
Pieces of mutton roll in honey-mustard mixture.
Put in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (for education fried crust), I used store-bought crackers with cereals.
Put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
