Ingredients

- 500 g pork (fillet)
- 200 g apples
- mustard to taste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Apples cut into slices.
Pork put in foil, salt and pepper, brush with mustard.
For pork put the apples.
Foil wrap, put in a baking dish.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 1-1.5 hours.
